Data Sciences à une ouverture pour qu'un gestionnaire de compte rejoigne notre équipe. Cette opportunité de carrière passionnante et unique s'adresse à un professionnel chevronné du marketing stratégique et des ventes, qui possède une expertise dans la compréhension des principes fondamentaux du marketing numérique. 

Relevant du gestionnaire principal des ventes et des comptes (clients), le candidat ou la candidate retenu.e occupera le poste de gestionnaire de comptes et collaborera avec des équipes pour diriger l'exécution du projet, gérer les relations avec les clients, élaborer des plans de programme et fournir d'excellentes présentations au nom de l'entreprise au client.

Votre passion pour la planification stratégique, associée à votre connaissance du marketing à la performance, sera considérée comme la preuve de votre capacité à exécuter des stratégies qui propulsent l'entreprise de nos clients vers l'avant. Nous recherchons une personne entreprenante capable de travailler de manière indépendante auprès de clients à but non lucratif, corporatifs et politiques.

Responsabilités clés

Pour effectuer son travail avec succès, le titulaire du poste doit être en mesure d'accomplir les tâches suivantes convenablement :

  • Agir en tant que principal gestionnaire de la relation client et assurer une communication fluide entre les attentes des clients et la livraison des solutions
  • Assurer une communication régulière avec les clients et transmettre l'information aux membres de l'équipe interne impliqués dans les mandats
  • Rédiger et réviser divers mémos, rapports et résumés de contenu pour les clients
  • Veiller à ce que les programmes soient mis en œuvre en temps opportun et de manière rentable
  • Gestion des budgets, facturation et rapports aux clients
  • Développer et entretenir des relations de collaboration avec les clients et les parties prenantes impliquées dans les mandats
  • Participer aux nouvelles stratégies de développement des affaires, à la prospection, à l'élaboration de propositions et de présentations aux clients potentiels
  • Développement de stratégie, exécution de plans marketing et gestion de portefeuille
  • Piloter la gestion de projet interfonctionnelle interne/externe
  • Soutenir le directeur de compte dans les soumissions d'appels d'offres et dans les processus et équipes de présentation de nouveaux clients par le biais de recherches, de brainstorming, d'analyses sectorielles et concurrentielles et d'évaluations des parties prenantes.

Qualifications du candidat

Éducation et expérience :

  • 2 à 5 ans+ d'expérience progressive en marketing et/ou en agence;
  • Baccalauréat ou diplôme d'études supérieures en communications, relations publiques, sciences politiques, commerce;
  • Connaissance des campagnes numériques (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), des analyses et/ou des études de marché et des outils disponibles pour faciliter la gestion des performances;
  • Fort sens des affaires pour comprendre les moteurs de l'entreprise, les défis et les obstacles potentiels;
  • Sensibilisation intuitive de l'entreprise pour reconnaître et évaluer l'activité concurrentielle, puis recommander des contre-mesures efficaces;
  • Capacité à établir des relations solides avec les clients et à entretenir des relations efficaces avec tous les départements de l'agence;
  • Compétences supérieures en rédaction/édition avec une capacité démontrée à synthétiser du contenu complexe et à écrire pour un public général;
  • Compétences en gestion de projets et de budgets, capacité à respecter les délais, à déléguer et à prioriser les livrables;
  • Compétences en travail d'équipe et en service aux clients;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois avec de solides compétences en leadership et en présentation;
  • Orienté vers les solutions avec la capacité de travailler avec un minimum de supervision;
  • Fort esprit d'équipe, ouvert d'esprit et engagé envers l'excellence.

About The Role

Data Sciences has an opening for an Account Manager to join our team. 

This exciting and unique career opportunity is for a seasoned strategic marketing and sales professional, who holds an expert understanding of digital marketing and market research fundamentals.

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, a successful candidate will serve in a client lead capacity and collaborate with teams to lead project execution, manage client relationships, develop program plans, and deliver excellent presentations on behalf of the company to the client.

Your passion for strategic planning coupled with your knowledge of performance marketing and market research, will be viewed as evidence of the ability to execute strategies which propel our client's business forward. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently across non-profit and corporate clients. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment between client expectations and project execution.
- Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies that drive measurable client success.
- Internal & External Coordination:

Facilitate seamless collaboration between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Content & Documentation:

Draft and review memos, reports, and content briefs to support client initiatives.
- Project & Budget Management:

Oversee timelines, budgets, billing, and client reporting to ensure efficient and cost-effective program delivery.
- Business Development & Growth:

Support prospecting efforts, contribute to new business strategies, and assist in proposal and presentation development.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:

Lead internal and external teams in executing multi-faceted marketing programs and initiatives.
- Market & Competitive Analysis:

Conduct industry research, stakeholder assessments, and competitive benchmarking to inform client strategies.
- Proposal & RFP Support:

Assist the Head of Business Development with RFP submissions and new client pitches through research, brainstorming, and strategic input.

Candidate Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • 2-5 + years of progressive marketing and/or agency experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or Graduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business.
  • Knowledge of digital campaigns (Meta, Google, Linkedin), analytics, and/or market research and tools available to facilitate performance management.
  • Strong acute business acumen to comprehend business drivers, challenges and potential obstacles.
  • Intuitive business awareness to recognize & assess competitive activity then recommend effective countermeasures.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain effective relationships with all departments within the agency.
  • Superior writing/editing skills with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex content and write for a public audience.
  • Strong project and budget management skills, ability to meet deadlines, delegate, and prioritize deliverables.
  • Skilled in project management, working with teams, and client service.
  • Ability to manage several tasks at once with strong leadership and presentation skills.
  • Solutions-oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Strong team player with an open-mind and committed to excellence.
  • Bilingual French/English.
