Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, nurture long-term relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill client needs. The role involves coordinating with supply chain operations, analyzing customer data, and maintaining accurate account records to drive customer retention and growth.

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Proficiency in Data Analysis
  • Organizational and Time Management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of the food industry or related sectors is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
