We just crossed $1M ARR. Now we're looking for our next Account Manager.

Grow Surely is an outbound agency helping B2B companies build a predictable system for booking meetings through cold email.

We're growing fast, and we need someone to take care of our clients like they're their own.

What you'll do

Manage client relationships and act as their main point of contact.

Meet with clients bi-weekly to review campaign performance and next steps.

Provide ongoing support via Slack (we're big on fast, friendly communication).

Deliver weekly performance reports and insights.

Coordinate with our backend team to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

Understand each client's goals and suggest improvements for better results.

What we're looking for

Experience in account management (agency experience is a big plus).

Strong understanding of outbound marketing — cold email, lead generation, and B2B sales.

Familiarity with tools like Instantly and Clay (or other outbound/sales tech tools).

Great communication and organization skills.

Proactive, reliable, and not afraid to take ownership.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have experience with tools like Clay and Instantly

Understand B2B marketing and cold email strategy

Are comfortable leading client calls and managing relationships

Communicate clearly and confidently

Are organized, proactive, and handle pressure well

Can work Eastern Time hours and have reliable Wi-Fi

Genuinely like people and bring positive energy to every call

This Role Is Not For You If You:

Dislike client meetings or prefer to stay behind the scenes

Want an easy remote job where you can coast

Don't work well under pressure or struggle with accountability

Are shy in communication or uncomfortable with client feedback

Have little experience with B2B marketing or outbound systems

Full-time, remote position.

Must be available during North American business hours.
