Job Overview
We are a reputable and fast-paced household moving company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations, customer coordination, and internal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and internal teams via email and telephone
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks
- Maintain and organize customer files and related documentation
- Respond to incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Support the coordination of moving schedules and logistics
- Assist with other administrative duties as required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administrative or office experience is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
