My Home Concierge Ltd.

My Home Concierge Ltd. is a growing appliance repair and handyman services company seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This is an entry-level role with full training provided and opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Book and schedule service appointments
  • Receive and organize parts and materials
  • Coordinate part returns and warranty items
  • Support technicians with scheduling and job notes
  • General administrative support

Position Details:

  • Minimum 21 hours per week (flexible)
  • In-office / hybrid role
  • Wage negotiable based on experience
  • Health & dental benefits available after probation
  • Opportunity to advance into a full-time role
