The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support both inbound and outbound sales activities. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the external sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and to contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  2. Prepare accurate and timely quotations and proposals for customers.
  3. Process orders and ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurate.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  5. Proactively follow up on leads and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  6. Support the external sales team with account management and project coordination.
  7. Enter and maintain data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions.
  8. Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
  9. Collaborate with other departments (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or related field (B2B preferred).
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  5. Experience in the construction, industrial equipment, or safety products industry is an advantage.
  6. A proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
