Freight Machos Inc., A rapidly growing logistics company in Canada, is hiring We are looking for experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our team.

We are currently hiring Inside Sales Representatives for our Milton Office.

The Inside Sales Representatives help to support and grow assigned sales territories. You must be comfortable making several calls per day, working with internal departments, closing sales & achieving sales targets set by management.

What you'll do

  • You will work closely with prospective customers as a trusted advisor to identify their supply chain challenges and goals.
  • Could you look over the sales pipeline to identify and target the highest-potential opportunities?
  • Develop new business opportunities through effective pipeline management.
  • Work closely with Operations to secure new business.
  • Meet & exceed your close rate ratio to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to bring the best service(s) to our customers.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (Writing / Reading).
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales experience selling FTL & LTL Truck freight, & Drayage Freight.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing Solutions operationally.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong telephone skills and etiquette, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with data collection and order entry.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
