Our quaint family medicine practice in Little Italy, Toronto, is looking to hire an inspired and inspiring University Graduate to serve as a medical office administrator.

Ambassador to our office, we are looking for someone with personality, professionalism, warmth and smarts.

The role would involve the booking of patients, answering patient queries, managing staff and physician schedules, ordering supplies, overseeing the stocking of rooms, taking payments for third party medical expenses etc. Occasional weekend/evening work will be required.

We typically hire university grads who are looking to pursue further academic studies in the future. That said, we require a minimum 1.5 year commitment. English proficiency- both verbal and written- is an absolute must.
