Summary
We are seeking a dedicated in person Service/Warranty Administrator to join our team in Vaughan, Ontario. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction by managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry for service requests.
- Utilize SoftBase for documentation and reporting.
- Organize files and manage office supplies efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating service activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Dispatching Technicians
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SoftBase is an asset but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
