Summary

We are seeking a dedicated in person Service/Warranty Administrator to join our team in Vaughan, Ontario. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction by managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry for service requests.
  • Utilize SoftBase for documentation and reporting.
  • Organize files and manage office supplies efficiently.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating service activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SoftBase is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
