**Automotive Service Advisor - Auto Warranty**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with warranty inquiries and claims processing
- Coordinate with service technicians and parts department to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of warranty-related issues.
- Coordinate with garages and parts suppliers to ensure accurate orders and installation
- Explain warranty coverage and limitations to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their warranty claims and repairs.
- Provide recommendations for additional warranty coverage or extended warranty options.
- Stay up-to-date on automotive industry trends and warranty regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical knowledge and experience required
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
