We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food service personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output
  • Manage food handling procedures to maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • Oversee food inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling waste to optimize kitchen operations
  • Ensure all food served meets quality standards and customer expectations
  • Lead team management efforts, including training new staff, scheduling shifts, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety protocols in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus that align with customer preferences and current culinary trends
