Position: Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper
Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time, position working with multiple companies across various bookkeeping and administrative functions.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including:
- Receiving and processing payments
- Invoicing
- Deposits
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Proficiency with the following software is required:
- QuickBooks
- Sage
- Microsoft Excel & Outlook
- Comfortable working in a paperless, fully electronic environment
Responsibilities Include:
- Data entry and account management for multiple companies
- Electronic filing and recordkeeping
- Supporting financial reporting and reconciliation tasks
- Communication with clients or vendors as needed
