Your Role as Regional Manager

As the Regional Manager, you'll oversee the performance and operations of multiple Hillberg & Berk store locations within your designated region. You'll drive sales growth, develop top talent for expansion and succession, and ensure a consistent, high-level client and employee experience across all stores. You'll lead, coach, and support Store Leaders and their teams, ensuring they achieve sales goals, operational excellence and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold the Hillberg & Berk culture, living our values, reinforcing our brand, and driving sales performance.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue, customer engagement, and profitability.
  • Analyze sales trends, KPIs, and performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring each store meets or exceeds its sales goals.
  • Coach Store Leaders to create tailored action plans that increase conversion rates, transaction values, and repeat customer business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, and People & Culture to support retail initiatives and execute regional events and brand activations.
  • Build and maintain a strong leadership pipeline by identifying, developing, and retaining top retail talent within the region.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports through regular feedback and empowerment planning.
  • Oversee completion and reinforcement of leadership and sales training and other H&B initiatives.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy culture, ensuring employees feel engaged, empowered, and aligned with the company's mission.
  • Ensure all stores operate efficiently, maintaining exceptional visual presentation, inventory management, and operational standards.
  • Drive compliance with company policies, loss prevention strategies, and health & safety regulations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, leading by example and fostering relationships within the communities where H&B stores operate.
  • Lead and participate in employee meetings, training sessions, and planning sessions as required.
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of retail leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving sales and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience in coaching and developing leaders, with an emphasis on talent pipeline growth and succession planning.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales performance data and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the designated region to visit store locations, provide leadership support, and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
  • Post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an asset.
  • Passion for customer experience, leadership development, and brand-building.

Salary Range: $67,500- $80,000 + quarterly and annual bonuses for regions performance
