Are you a strong sales leader with industrial gas experience?
Our client, a globally recognized Fortune 500 company, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Western Canada in their Packaged Gas Division.
This is a high-impact leadership role with full territory responsibility—including coaching field teams, developing customer strategies, and driving revenue in Alberta and neighboring provinces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Territory Sales Representatives across Alberta and the Prairies
- Drive market share growth in packaged gas, welding products, and industrial supply solutions
- Manage key customer relationships across fabrication, commercial, and industrial sectors
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, distribution, and product teams
- Deliver performance targets, manage territory P&L, and oversee budgeting and forecasting
- Identify major business opportunities and support your team in closing high-value deals
What You Bring:
- 7–10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial gas, chemical distribution, welding supplies, or similar
- Proven leadership in managing outside sales teams or technical account executives
- Strong knowledge of packaged gas applications and industrial customer needs
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
- Experience managing sales metrics, forecasts, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally
