At G-7 Executives, based in Kelowna, BC, we specialize in helping top telecommunications brands grow their market share through direct, in-person customer engagement and sales solutions. Our team is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for enthusiastic and people-focused Customer Service Representatives to join us.

This is a full-time, in-person role where you will interact directly with customers, helping them understand and choose the best telecommunications products and services to meet their needs. Our clients trust us to represent their brands with professionalism, integrity, and outstanding service, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and personalized solutions.
  • Educate customers about available telecommunications products and services, helping them make informed choices.
  • Apply active listening and strong communication skills to identify customer needs and overcome objections.
  • Accurately process customer enrollments, sales transactions, and service upgrades.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals.
  • Learn leadership and mentorship skills, with the opportunity to guide new team members as you progress.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills in customer service, sales, and leadership.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A people-person with a friendly, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Quick problem-solving ability and the confidence to guide customers toward the right decision.
  • A team player with self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus).
  • 0–2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
