Customer Service Representative and Order Fulfillment Representative

**Industrial Plastics & Paints** is hiring a full-time Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Representative.

This person will work directly with customers in the store to assist with their needs while also handling order fulfillment duties and using woodworking hand-tools such as table-saw, router, and similar equipment to cut plastics in our Mission, BC branch.

- Genuinely care about providing our customers with technical assistance in selecting the best product solution.

- Work safely while operating shop equipment.
- Be respectful, direct and make decisions in the best interest of the customer.
- **Be available for full-time hours Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Availability to regularly work on Saturdays is mandatory**

**Capabilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory and assisting customers.
- Safely operate hand-tools, table-saw, router, and similar equipment.
- Handle Cash and use POS to enter sales transactions. Previous experience with Shopify preferred.
- Operate cash register and process, cash and credit/debit card payments.
- Provide cost estimates on materials.
- Create detailed hand-sketches with dimensions from customer's verbal instructions.
- Suggestive selling and Value Selling are critical to your success.
- Forklift certification or prior experience with operating a forklift is an asset
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
