Customer Service Representative

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, and in person.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Will be required to perform closing duties after full training at 10pm.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Previous Cash handling experience in an asset.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available if needed for call ins when an employee or the manager is sick.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
