Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, project management, and customer relationship management, with a proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients to secure contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies that promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on business development metrics.
- Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques and customer relationship management practices.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies to effectively manage multiple initiatives.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales performance and client interactions.
- A background in marketing is highly desirable, enabling you to contribute to promotional strategies effectively.
