SuperValu - Gibsons | $22/hr | Monday-Friday | ~20 hrs/week
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our pricing, paperwork, and daily store operations. This is a steady weekday role, ideal for someone who enjoys focused admin work in a busy retail environment.
What You'll Do:
- Keep pricing accurate by creating, updating, and printing shelf labels and price changes
- Reconcile daily sales reports and prepare simple deposit documentation
- Assist with month-end tasks such as customer statements
- Receive deliveries and maintain organized paperwork and filing
- Support general office flow: supplies, mail pickups, invoice prints, and reports
- Respond to calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Track product shortages and vendor claims in Excel
- Use company portals for bookings, pre-books, and basic admin entries
- Take on additional admin tasks that help the store run smoothly
What You're Great At:
- Confident Excel skills (filters, formulas, clean data entry)
- Clear written communication and a calm, professional phone manner
- Staying organized when several small tasks arrive at once
- Reliable availability (Mon–Fri), about 20 hours per week
Good to Know:
- No previous POS or SMS system experience required—we'll train you
- This is an office-focused role
