**Job Purpose**
The Sales Administrator will work closely with the Acera Sales Leadership Team. They will be responsible for providing administrative, sales, and reporting support along with other duties as required while demonstrating strong judgement, professionalism, time management, and attention to detail.
**Location**: British Columbia, Alberta, or Ontario
**Job Duties and Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and facilitate sales meetings, including but not limited to the Sales Call and one-on-one meetings as requested by the Sales Leadership Team, as well as necessary follow-ups to achieve a high attendance rate
- Prepare business plans (short and long versions) and requested business documents including Excel spreadsheets, sophisticated Microsoft Word documents and Power Point presentations with mínimal guidance
- Provide day to day administrative and sales management support to the Sales Leadership Team and Sales Regions across the country
- Schedule and calendar management for Sales Leadership Team including arranging travel plans as well as handling last minute requests and changes
- Organize and coordinate client events, sales conferences, and other events and large scale meetings as requested
- Compile sales results and prepare reporting for the Sales Leadership Team
- Manage sales and special projects as required
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
**Qualifications**
- Ability to effectively deal with confidential information and issues
- Skilled user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Must be able to manage deadlines, work on tight schedules and provide fast and efficient turnaround of tasks
- Ability to work with limited direction and supervision
- Superior communication skills
