We're looking for an
Account Executive
to join our fast-growing team. This role is perfect for someone who's proactive, strategic, and excited to build and grow partnerships from the ground up. You'll work directly with partners, help shape initiatives, and drive results through collaboration and creativity.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a strong partnership pipeline across sports, media, and tech
  • Execute and oversee partnership initiatives from start to finish
  • Work closely with partners on strategy, performance, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of partner campaigns
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and relationship expansion
  • Represent SharpStakes with confidence at partner meetings and industry events

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or account management
  • Organized, reliable, and great at follow-through
  • Clear communicator who's comfortable managing relationships
  • Curious and strategic thinker with a "get it done" mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Passion for sports, tech, or digital media is a big plus
