Stone Creek Resorts is an Alberta-based land and property developer and owner/operator of two premier golf resorts: Silvertip Resort in Canmore, AB, and Eagle Ranch Resort in Invermere, BC.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to work with us on a part-time basis to lead HR strategy and operations for our Calgary office and support our Canmore resort team. Reporting to the President & COO, this role will shape HR processes, drive organizational growth, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture. The position is based in Calgary with occasional travel to Canmore required.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives; advise senior leadership on HR best practices.Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs; promote diversity and inclusion.Employee Relations: Build a positive workplace culture; resolve HR concerns; ensure policy compliance.Performance & Development: Implement performance management systems; champion continuous learning.Compensation & Compliance: Design competitive compensation and benefits programs; ensure compliance with Alberta employment laws.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury service.Strong knowledge of Alberta employment legislation and HR best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Experience with HRIS and data-driven decision-making.Ability to travel to Canmore as required.
