Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for billing and invoicing tasks as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Ensure that the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to both medical and dental office operations as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and client satisfaction.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks including typing, filing, and data entry.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Proficient in using computers and various office software applications.
