Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A background in hotel operations or guest services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to assist callers and direct them appropriately.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
  • Hotel experience is a plus, particularly in guest services or hospitality environments.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse guests.
  • Strong phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems are essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
