This role requires strong organizational abilities and proficiency in various software applications to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Duties

  • Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage class bookings, memberships, and client accounts through our booking system
  • Provide information about classes, packages, and studio offerings
  • Support instructors and assist with daily studio operations
  • Handle payments and POS transactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and studio space
  • Assist with light administrative or social media tasks as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and help build lasting relationships with members
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain the front desk area in an orderly fashion, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required to support office operations effectively.

Requirements

  • Previous office experience is highly preferred
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude
  • Comfortable learning booking systems (training provided)
  • Ability to multitask in a calm and professional manner
  • Previous experience in a fitness, wellness, or hospitality setting is an asset but not required
  • Passion for health, fitness, and community

Schedule

  • Flexible hours available (mornings, evenings, and weekends)
