**Position Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
- 1. Client Experience Excellence_
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups with precision.
- Provide detailed information about our services, addressing client inquiries with expertise.
- 2. Front Desk Operations_
- Maintain a pristine and organized reception area that reflects EvoLab’s luxury standards.
- Process transactions, issue receipts, and manage daily cash reconciliations.
- 3. Administrative Support_
- Assist in maintaining client records and service histories with confidentiality.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely vehicle service updates.
- Manage inventory of front desk supplies and place orders as needed.
- 4. Brand Representation_
- Uphold EvoLab’s brand image through impeccable personal presentation and communication.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on our latest services and offerings.
- Support marketing initiatives by informing clients of promotions and new services.

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably within the automotive or luxury service industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and appointment scheduling software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.
