Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various beauty services, including hair styling, eyebrow waxing/threading, body waxing, makeup application, and nail care. This role requires exceptional customer service skills to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all clients. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty treatments while also promoting products and services to enhance client satisfaction.

Duties

• Provide a range of beauty services including hair styling, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the work area.
• Deliver exceptional guest services by actively listening to client needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and upselling techniques.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Foster strong communication with clients to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Engage in retail sales activities to promote beauty products available in the salon.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and adherence to health regulations.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling beauty products is preferred.
• Proficiency in various beauty treatments such as body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
