HR & Payroll Administrator

Job Description: Reporting to the CEO & HR Manager, HR / Payroll Administrator is responsible for billing, backup payroll, timecards, and assistant to the CEO and HR Manager:
· Be a backup for Payroll specifically in ADP
· Responsible for Timecard entries
· Assist the HR manager with policy updates and maintenance of personnel files
· Support the annual performance reviews with HR Manager
· Support and administrative work for the CEO
· Assist with the HR Portal
· Organize and support the orientation of new staff
· Working with the Payroll administrator in billing
· Must be flexible and have the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
· Ability to prepare documents, reports and spreadsheets and assist with record keeping
Qualifications
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Appropriate experience working in a healthcare environment
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
· Experience in ADP
· Experience with HR processes
· High level of professionalism and confidentiality
· High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
Start date: January 12, 2026.
