Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires proficiency in various payroll systems and accounting software, as well as strong data entry skills. The Payroll Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our employees by ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.

Duties

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time using systems such as UltiPro, Workday, or QuickBooks.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain employee records and payroll information.
  • Conduct account reconciliation to ensure all payroll transactions are accurate and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends or issues that may affect the payroll process.
  • Collaborate with HR to manage employee benefits and deductions related to payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding payroll processing.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to employee compensation and personal data.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll software such as UltiPro, Workday, QuickBooks, or Kronos is highly desirable.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in accounting software and account reconciliation processes is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to payroll processing is beneficial.

Pay: $46,564.60-$56,000.00 per year
