**About the job**

Allan Dale RVs & Trailers is looking for a **Payroll and HR Coordinator **to join our growing team. Reporting to the Controller and President, this role will entail managing the timely payment of salaried, hourly, and commissioned employees, as well as basic HR responsibilities such as onboarding new employees, benefits management, and managing health and safety guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- 70% Payroll responsibilities 30% HR responsibilities
- Input and process weekly payroll
- Maintain and manage business accounting and time cards through our Dealer Management System (PBS)
- Onboard, terminate, and update employee information for our staff of 65
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of WCB and ROE
- Act as a primary contact for insurance related documents required for subcontractors and customers (WCB clearance certificates, certificates of insurance, contractor qualification packages, gas cards, etc.)
- Maintain records and expenses for company vehicles, uniforms, and tools
- Maintain and manage monthly health and safety regulation reports

**Requirements**:

- University Degree/ College Diploma with focus in HR/Accounting/Business
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification (or in progress) considered an asset
- Minimum of 2 years of in-house payroll experience considered an asset
- Proficient in MS office and accounting software
- Demonstrates high attention to detail, quality and accuracy in work
- Strong communication skills
