Markham, Ontario, Canada HighView Partners Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Our client is a national property and facility management firm specializing in the administration of real estate assets on behalf of financial institutions, law firms, and insolvency professionals.

Your New Employer

With an established reputation for compliance, structure, and professionalism, this organization operates across Canada, delivering excellence through technology-driven processes and disciplined service standards.

They oversee properties under mortgage enforcement, receivership, and estate administration, combining operational precision with a deep understanding of fiduciary responsibility.

Your New Role

As the Facility Services Coordinator, you will be at the centre of day-to-day service operations, ensuring repairs, maintenance requests, inspections, and emergency calls are managed efficiently and professionally across a diverse national portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include triaging service requests, assigning appropriate contractors, monitoring progress against SLAs, and maintaining accurate documentation across internal and external systems. You will liaise directly with clients, tenants, Property Managers, field inspectors, and national vendors to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of all maintenance and facility-related issues.

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role where your ability to prioritize, stay organized, and communicate clearly will be essential. You will also support small project coordination, maintain service records, process quotes and invoices, and ensure that vendor compliance documentation remains up to date.

You will work closely with a Senior Team Leader, Property Managers, and Accounting to keep workflows running smoothly, while contributing to a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and client service excellence.

What Sets You Apart

You bring 3–5 years of experience in facility services coordination, property management coordination, contractor dispatching, or project coordination, ideally within commercial or retail environments.

You are confident in managing work orders, understanding service-level expectations, and working with CMMS platforms, with Yardi experience seen as a strong asset.

You excel in environments where urgency, accuracy, and effective client communication are paramount. You are methodical in how you track tasks, comfortable juggling competing priorities, and natural at building positive relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

You thrive in a team environment, enjoy supporting colleagues, and bring a mindset of continuous learning, especially within a growing company where cross-training and advancement are encouraged.

Bilingual fluency (English/French) is considered an asset.

Above all, you take pride in maintaining high standards and delivering results that earn the trust of both clients and colleagues.

What You Can Expect

Joining this organization means becoming part of an experienced national team that services some of Canada's most respected institutions.

You can expect a welcoming environment where people genuinely support one another, leadership is accessible, and individual contributions are recognized and valued.

The company continues to grow rapidly and encourages internal advancement, offering opportunities to expand your skills across property management, facility services, and other business lines.

For someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, teamwork, and the satisfaction of keeping complex operations running smoothly, this role offers the chance to build a long-term career within a stable, reputable, and growth-focused organization.

Next Steps
