Role Description
This is an on-site, contract role for a Receptionist, located in Vancouver, BC. As a Receptionist, you will handle front desk operations including greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and directing inquiries. Responsibilities also include general clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette skills and the ability to professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations
- Clerical Skills such as scheduling, document organization, and inventory management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to ensure clear and positive interactions
- Ability to multitask, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and maintain a professional demeanor
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role and proficiency in office software is an asset
