Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for Front Desk Receptionist at Studio Kiku - we're hiring for both of our locations. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, clerical tasks, maintaining phone etiquette, communicating effectively with clients, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Knowledge of skincare or beauty industry is a plus
