Job Description

Synergy Protection Group is seeking reliable and professional Security Personnel for multiple high-profile events at a prestigious venue in Downtown Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and upscale event environment.

We have multiple openings for event coverage throughout late October and November. Specific dates and shift times will be provided to selected candidates and may be subject to change.

Please note: These positions are for temporary event coverage. However, successful guards will have the opportunity to transition to other sites, including our retail security locations across the GTA, after the event assignments conclude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a visible and professional security presence.
  • Monitor access points and enforce event policies.
  • Conduct patrols and respond to incidents calmly and professionally.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to guests and staff.
  • Complete detailed incident reports and maintain logs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and event organizers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and overnights.
  • Previous event security experience is an asset.
