About the Role

As Assistant General Manager, you'll assist and report directly to the General Manager, overseeing daily front-of-house operations and supporting the creation of a culture rooted in hospitality excellence. This hands-on leadership role includes inspiring your team, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead with Purpose: Supervise front-of-house operations with a hands-on approach that ensures excellence in every guest interaction.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the General Manager, kitchen, and management teams to maintain consistency, quality, and flow.
  • Maintain a Pristine Environment: Ensure the restaurant meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, fully complying with public health guidelines.
  • Grow the Business: Contribute to revenue goals through team engagement, upselling techniques, and strategic service enhancements.
  • Champion Company Standards: Enforce policies fairly while maintaining a positive, fun, and professional work atmosphere.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a full-service restaurant.
  • A strong commitment to guest-first service.
  • Operational knowledge of restaurant safety, compliance, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Positive energy, professionalism, and composure under pressure.
