The General Manager will lead our Guest Experience team and elevate the guest experience at Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain. Reporting directly to the President and CEO of Groupe Scandinave, the General Manager oversees daily operations, drives strategic initiatives, and fosters a culture of wellness, innovation, and excellence.

**Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership
- Design staffing plans
- Participate in key interviews to ensure cultural fit
- Optimize department structure to meet spa goals
- Oversee scheduling and ensure adequate staffing
- Lead performance reviews and disciplinary processes
- Maintain job descriptions
- Champion a safe, respectful, and positive workplace

Strategic & Administrative Oversight
- Develop operational plans aligned with strategic goals
- Ensure consistency and quality of guest services
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements
- Promote open communication across teams
- Represent the brand publicly

Guest Experience
- Ensure service excellence throughout the guest journey
- Conduct annual reviews and suggest enhancements
- Develop tools to measure satisfaction
- Oversee resolution of complaints and special cases

Financial Management
- Collaborate on sales forecasts and departmental budgets
- Approve expenditures within authorized limits
- Monitor financial performance and ensure budget adherence
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Review financials monthly with the President

**What You Bring**
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
- 5-10 years of leadership experience in hospitality
- Results-driven, ethical, and inspiring leadership style
- Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making
- Deep understanding of operations, customer service, and team management
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency
- Exceptional project management and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for guest service

**Working Conditions**
- Flexibility to work weekends, peak periods, and outside regular hours
- On-site leadership role with a preferred Tuesday-Saturday schedule

Pay: $118,000.00-$128,000.00 per year
