About the Role

As the Assistant General Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee front-of-house operations, guide team performance, and elevate the overall guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on motivating staff, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead with Purpose: Assist in managing daily front-of-house operations to deliver seamless service and memorable guest experiences.
• Grow Your Team: Participate in hiring, training, and coaching front-of-house staff to uphold professionalism and confidence.
• Enhance Service Standards: Maintain our service expectations while helping create experiences that encourage guests to return.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work alongside the General Manager, culinary leadership, and bar teams to uphold quality and consistency.
• Prioritize Safety & Compliance: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all relevant health and safety guidelines.
• Support Business Goals: Contribute to sales objectives through team motivation, upselling techniques, and efficient service execution.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a full-service or upscale dining environment
• Strong dedication to guest satisfaction and team development
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, safety practices, and service standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• A professional, positive, and steady presence during high-volume service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
