Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a licensed Property Manager located in Vancouver, BC. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential and/or non profit societies, ensure tenant satisfaction, and handle all property-related tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, managing contracts and leases, supervising property staff, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with RTA and client policies and regulations. Additionally, the role involves addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications
Property management skills, including experience with contracts, leases, and tenant relations
Budgeting, financial planning, and record-keeping skills
Knowledge of RTA regulations and compliance standards
Problem-solving and organizational skills
Proficiency with property management software and general computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to manage tenant relations effectively
Experience in team oversight or staff supervision is a plus
Certification in property management is mandatory
