Duties

  • Assist in preparing and updating property listings across various platforms

  • Support negotiation processes between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and processing paperwork

  • Assist with marketing efforts including social media management, email campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and property details
