Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. This role involves assisting with property listings, client communications, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for real estate. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse clients effectively.

Duties

  • Assist in preparing and updating property listings across various platforms
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses with clients and agents
  • Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing outstanding customer service
  • Support negotiation processes between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and processing paperwork
  • Conduct market research to support marketing strategies and property pricing
  • Assist with marketing efforts including social media management, email campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and property details
  • Support property management activities as needed, including lease documentation and maintenance coordination

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively facilitate transactions
  • Experience in marketing strategies specific to real estate or property promotion
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate with a diverse client base
  • Knowledge of property management practices is a plus
  • Administrative experience demonstrating proficiency in office management and document handling
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, agents, and vendors
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
