Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and Experienced individual to join our dynamic real estate team in a fast-paced office environment. This is a part-time position, requiring availability on both weekdays and weekends, with full scheduling flexibility. The ideal candidate should be able to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and manage MLS listings, including broker loading, uploading photos, and scanning documentation
  • Process new listings, price changes, extensions, and other related forms
  • Maintain and update client databases and Excel spreadsheets
  • Prepare offers, amendments, waivers, and other real estate documents using WebForms
  • Answer client phone calls and route leads to appropriate sales representatives
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Contact agents for showing feedback
  • Call existing clients to follow up on potential leads, promote events, and maintain engagement
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma (college-level courses or diploma preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in the real estate industry is a must
  • Familiarity with MLS systems, WebForms, and standard real estate paperwork
  • Knowledge of marketing and social media platforms is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), email, and internet use
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.55 per hour

Work Location: In person
