Duties

  • Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process by providing expert guidance and support
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and market research to identify suitable listings for clients
  • Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various platforms, including social media and local advertising
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations
  • Manage administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business
  • Collaborate with property management teams when applicable to coordinate rental or leasing activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements

  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
  • Strong marketing abilities to effectively promote listings and attract potential buyers or tenants
  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse communities is preferred
  • Experience in property management or related administrative roles is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey information and build rapport
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
  • Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) as required by local regulations
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
