We are a modern, patient-focused dental clinic in Burlington seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Candidates with the ability to assist clinically as a Dental Assistant will be given strong preference, as this flexibility is considered a valuable asset to our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries efficiently
  • Process insurance claims, billing, and payments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and charts
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist chairside as a Dental Assistant when required (if qualified)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist is required
  • Dental Assistant experience or certification is a strong asset and preferred
  • Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix) is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in English is required
  • Arabic language skills are strongly preferred and considered an asset
