Your Role:

We are looking for a Certified Level II Dental Assistant

About Us:

We have a modern and fully digital practice. We use paperless charting (Tracker), digital X-rays, a Trios 3Shape digital scanner, and RecallMax for patient communication. You'll be joining a positive and experienced team that values efficiency, kindness, and professionalism. It is a small 3-operatory office (1 dds and 1 hygienist working at a time), so things never get too hectic We are independently owned with no DSO or corporate ties.

Clinical Duties Include:

  • Assisting during dental procedures
  • Taking digital X-rays and intraoral scans (Trios 3Shape)
  • Taking alginate impressions (only very occasionally - mostly all scanning)
  • Sterilization and room setup/cleanup
  • Managing clinical inventory and supply organization

What We're Looking For:

  • Level II Dental Assistant with NDAEB and HARP certification
  • A team player with excellent time management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Tracker software (asset, not required)
  • Familiarity with digital scanning (asset, not required)

Schedule (Approx hours/week, but potential for more):

  • Monday: 845 AM - 3 PM
  • Wednesday: 945 AM - 7 PM
  • Fridays: 9:45 AM - 3 PM
  • 1 Saturdays/month: 9:45 AM – 3 PM
  • Also potential for more days/hours if desired
