We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Logistic Team here at Papillon International and assist in the overall operations of our facility. The ideal candidate has a background in shipping, as well as experience managing inventory, orders, and freight. We're seeking a Logistic Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating shipments, as well as being accountable for carrying out tasks such as entering inventory data, preparing P.O.'s and working closely with our warehouse department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory
  • Monitor and schedule incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Communicate with customers in regards to P.O.'s and shipments
  • Create export documents
  • Preparing P.O.'s
  • Working with warehouse to make sure shipments are being completed and shipped out on time
  • Preparing distributions
  • Preparing shipping labels

Requirements:

  • Good organizational & time management skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Knowledge of EDI (an asset)

Le candidat idéal possède une expérience dans le domaine du transport maritime, ainsi que dans la gestion des stocks, des commandes et du fret. Nous recherchons un coordinateur logistique qui sera chargé de coordonner les expéditions, mais aussi d'effectuer des tâches telles que la saisie des données d'inventaire, la préparation des bons de commande et la collaboration étroite avec notre service d'entreposage.

Responsabilités :

  • Gérer les stocks
  • Surveiller et planifier les expéditions entrantes et sortantes
  • Communiquer avec les clients au sujet des bons de commande et des expéditions
  • Créer des documents d'exportation
  • Préparer les bons de commande
  • Travailler avec l'entrepôt pour s'assurer que les expéditions sont effectuées et expédiées à temps
  • Préparer les distributions
  • Préparer les étiquettes d'expédition

Exigences :

  • Bonnes compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression
  • Capacité à bien travailler avec les autres
  • Connaissance de l'EDI (un atout)
