JOB SUMMARY
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Order Fulfilment Coordinator to manage and optimize our shipping operations. This role is a key point of contact across departments and channels to ensure both inbound and outbound shipments across multichannel platforms run smoothly. In this role, you will report to the Logistics Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Acts as the primary liaison between ECARPETGALLERY and 3PL partners, customers & customs brokers
- Provide internal departments with shipping support, including generating labels and quotes, while ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective shipping solutions
- Ensure product shipments are delivered safely and on schedule
- Create commercial documentation for both import and export shipments with multiple modes of transport
- Maintain shipment logs and records of incoming & outgoing shipments
- Tactful communication with customers to coordinate all relevant shipping details on both ends. Manage related packaging requirements or 'white glove' logistics service needs
- Verify inventory receipts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure timely closure of purchase orders in ERP
- Will include other duties as needed by the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or supply chain support
- Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and carriers across multiple shipping modes (LTL, air, ocean, and courier)
- Proficiency in ERP systems preferred
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation and international compliance requirements
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across multiple teams
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
- Adaptable, resilient, and capable of thriving under tight timelines and shifting priorities

This role is fully on-site at our offices in Montreal, QC.
