Green & Clean Home Solutions is seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Painting Crew Lead to oversee our painting teams on active job sites. If you're an experienced painter who takes initiative, leads by example, and values high-quality results and customer satisfaction, this position is a strong fit.

Role Summary

In this leadership role, you'll manage the daily execution of interior and exterior residential painting projects. You'll be responsible for supervising crews, coordinating with homeowners, and ensuring all work meets our standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and organize painting crews on residential projects from preparation through completion
• Oversee job-site setup, workflow, and final detailing to ensure consistent quality
• Conduct end-of-project walk-throughs with homeowners, confirm satisfaction, and support the final payment process
• Track job progress, productivity, and workmanship to keep projects on schedule
• Complete required job documentation, including project notes, material usage, hours worked, and records for payroll and costing
• Maintain a professional and courteous presence with homeowners, neighbours, and referral partners
• Train, coach, and mentor junior painters to improve efficiency, workmanship, and attention to detail
• Ensure tools, ladders, and equipment are maintained, stored safely, and ready for upcoming jobs

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strong painter who also brings leadership, communication, and organization to the job site. You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in residential or professional painting
• Are comfortable leading a small team and providing clear, confident direction
• Communicate effectively with both crew members and clients
• Can safely and competently use ladders and job-site equipment
• Take pride in preparation, clean finishes, and thorough clean-ups
• Work well within a team and contribute to a positive work culture
• Hold a secondary school diploma (preferred)
• Have WHMIS and/or Working at Heights certification (considered an asset; training support available if required)

Compensation & Advancement

• Hourly pay: $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience, performance, efficiency, quality of work, and project scope

Scheduling Requirement

All successful candidates must be available on the Sunday prior to their official start date for mandatory onboarding and training. This session ensures consistency, clarity, and readiness to manage projects the Green & Clean way.
