**Full-Time Residential Painter - Join Our Growing Crew**
Green and Clean Home Solutions is looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to fill full-time roles on our residential painting team. If you have some painting experience, want to take on more than basic tasks, and are ready to work in a professional, encouraging environment—this could be the right fit.
**Your Role Includes**:
- Completing interior and exterior painting and wood staining projects at residential homes
- Delivering great service to our clients and the people they refer
- Collaborating with team members to keep jobs running smoothly and on time
- Adhering to safety protocols—especially when using ladders or working at heights
- Keeping a sharp eye for detail to ensure top-quality results
**Pay & Performance Bonuses**:
- **Crew Members** start at **$21 per project hour** with bonus incentives for high-efficiency work
- **Mini Crew Leaders** begin at **$24 per project hour** and are eligible for the same bonuses
- After 3 months of solid performance, team members may qualify for a **salaried position** with benefits and possibly a company vehicle
- Additional commission and bonus opportunities are available for client satisfaction, quality scores, referrals, and marketing participation

**We’re Looking For People Who**:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in residential or professional painting
- Know their way around Benjamin Moore products (a plus)
- Ideally hold WHMIS or Working at Heights training (not mandatory)
- Feel comfortable with heights, ladders, and carrying painting gear
- Communicate well and are respectful on the job
- Bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
- Have consistent access to a vehicle (required for leadership-track roles; strongly preferred for all applicants)
