Green and Clean Home Solutions is hiring a Junior Residential Painter to support our professional painting teams. This position is perfect for individuals who want to build a career in the trades, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to high-quality residential painting projects within a supportive work environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with both interior and exterior residential painting jobs.
  • Prepare job sites and help keep them clean and organized throughout the project.
  • Follow instructions from senior painters and crew leads to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, especially when using ladders or handling materials.
  • Provide courteous, professional service to homeowners.
  • Deliver neighbour introduction letters as directed.

Job Requirements

  • Previous labour or basic painting experience (preferred).
  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
  • Able to lift, carry, and move equipment safely.
  • Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Secondary school education (preferred).
  • WHMIS or Working at Heights certification (an asset; training available if needed).

Pay & Advancement

  • Competitive hourly wage of $20.00–$24.00, based on project budgets and performance standards.
  • Additional earning potential through upsells, referrals, client reviews, and tips.
