**Full-Time Residential Painter - Help Us Transform Local Homes**

Green and Clean Home Solutions is hiring full-time painters to join our trusted residential team. If you’re someone with hands-on painting experience who’s ready to go beyond basic tasks and work in a professional environment that values quality and teamwork, we want to hear from you.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Painting interiors and exteriors of residential homes, along with occasional wood staining
- Providing exceptional service to homeowners and any referrals they send our way
- Working closely with fellow crew members to maintain efficiency and quality on-site
- Following all safety standards, especially while working at heights or on ladders
- Delivering detail-oriented work that meets high visual and performance standards

**Wages & Incentives**:

- Entry-level Crew Members begin at $21/hour (calculated per project hour) with performance-based bonuses
- Mini Crew Leaders earn $24/hour (per project hour) and can earn additional efficiency bonuses
- After 3 consistent months, strong performers may transition into a salaried role with benefits and potentially access to a company vehicle
- Additional pay available through client satisfaction bonuses, referrals, quality assessments, and participation in company marketing initiatives

**We’re Looking For**:

- At least 2 years of experience in residential or pro-level painting
- Familiarity with Benjamin Moore products (a bonus, but not required)
- WHMIS or Working at Heights training is a plus, but we can help if you don’t have it yet
- Willingness to work on ladders and carry gear to and from job sites
- Strong communication and a respectful, professional attitude
- Attention to detail, solid work ethic, and a desire to grow
- A reliable vehicle is required for anyone pursuing a leadership path, and strongly preferred for all applicants

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
