Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract

Workway Staffing is currently hiring experienced painters for residential and commercial projects across the GTA. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces (sanding, scraping, patching, priming)
  • Paint walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces
  • Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment safely
  • Follow safety guidelines and job site procedures
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

  • Previous painting experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Knowledge of paints, coatings, and surface preparation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • CSA-approved safety boots required
  • Reliable transportation is an asset
